Are you interested in theater, performance, music, dance and more - right next door? Would you like to go to the Schwankhalle more often and get to know the venue better? Or are you new to the area and still looking for the right art and cultural offerings? With the »Katzensprung-Ticket« we would like to make the short journey even easier for our neighbors and give them 6x free admission per household - redeemable until 31.12.2025.

As an independent theater and production house, the Schwankhalle has a local, national and international network and is still firmly rooted in Bremen‘s Neustadt district. The connection with our neighborhood is close to our hearts - that‘s why we would like to invite you to come by again with this little gift. After all, it‘s only a stone‘s throw away!

Who receives the Katzensprung Ticket?

Households in immediate vicinity to the Schwankhalle will each receive a Katzensprung ticket upon request. The ticket can be used by different people within the household. Each Katzensprung ticket corresponds to a total of 6 free tickets - for example for six visits to a performance as a single person, one visit to a performance with six people or three visits to a performance as a couple.

What is the Katzensprung Ticket valid for?

The Katzensprung ticket is valid until 31.12.2025 for ticketed events at the Schwankhalle. The ticket is subject to availability and does not guarantee a seat - please make sure you book in good time by telephone (0421 520 80 70, available Mon, Wed-Fri 10:00 to 14:00) or by email at ticket@schwankhalle.de if you would like to attend an event. Last-minute bookings can of course also be made »on a lucky chance« at the box office. Exceptions to this offer are concerts, events by third parties and certain special events. These are marked accordingly in the performance schedule.

How do I claim my Katzensprung Ticket?

Choose an event from our performance schedule that you would like to attend with your Katzensprung Ticket and reserve your seat by phone or email. Fill out the enclosed registration form and present the form and a valid ID card at the box office on the day of your event visit. You will then receive your Katzensprung Ticket.
Alternatively, you can collect your Katzensprung ticket independently of attending a performance during the opening hours of the box office (on event days from 1 hour before the start of the event).

How do I redeem my Katzensprung Ticket?

The Katzensprung ticket works like a stamp card. Present the ticket (after successful reservation) at our box office. There are 6 fields on the back, which are stamped and thus validated by our box office staff when you use the ticket. You will then receive your free ticket(s), which you will need to enter the event. When all 6 fields have been validated, your credit has been used up.
