The punk icon Vivien Goldman is a well-known musician (The Flying Lizards, The Slits etc.), author and Bob Marley biographer. In June 2025, she will return to Germany for a few gigs.

Goldman‘s last music album ‘Next Is Now’ ↗ was released in 2022, the German translation of her book ‘Die Rache der She-Punks’ ↗ in 2021, followed shortly afterwards by the corresponding Compilation on vinyl ↗.

Her latest book ‘Rebel Musix, Scribe on a Vibe: Frontline Adventures Linking Punk, Reggae, Afrobeat and Jazz’ ↗, a collection of her music journalistic work, was published in autumn 2024.

Vivien Goldman was and is in many ways ahead of her time as a radical feminist thinker and artist. A musician, artist, journalist and writer who has always been close to the beat of the times and whose influence on pop culture is still current and omnipresent.

Her appearances promise to be an interesting mixture of reading, talk and music performance. Anyone who has not yet experienced this special lady live should make up for it urgently!
