The MIBNIGHT Jazzfestival has belonged to Bremen’s most important concert offers for years. It stands for a program that features the most exciting and interesting jazz bands and projects from Bremen in the widest variety of styles, while also presenting outstanding national and international acts.

The start is made on Thursday with the Bremen encounter JUGEND JAZZT. One of the highlights of the evening is the band Crowd & Rüben, the winner of the Concert Prize of the MIB at the JJ-Bundesbegegnung 2019. On Friday and Saturday, the acts include: Fette Hupe, guaranteeing captivating big band music; Double Trouble, the internationally renowned quartet of the saxophonist Peter Ehwald; MaxSax, the high-energy jazz-rock band of the award-winning composer and saxophonist Tini Thomsen; the trio FYRM of the young and already highly successful pianist Agata Ciurkot; and the exceptional voice artist Ute Wassermann with her trio.
