All public areas of the Schwankhalle are at ground level and accessible without steps.

There are three different restrooms: one barrier-free restroom that is also accessible to wheelchair users, one restroom with three toilet stalls, and one restroom with urinals and one toilet stall.

The bar is open and the mike is free: We’re opening the foyer of the Schwankhalle for a karaoke night. Every edition will be shaped and moderated by a different host—each with their own style and selection of songs, along with a special drink. The series is launched by Bremen-based DJ Lady Oelectric.

The motto: “Come as You(r) Star”! To for once sing like Madonna as a virgin, contest Falco for Amadeus, or steal the mortadella from Conchita Wurst. Put on a costume and let yourself be swept away by a night of your greatest hits and hotties. A mini playback show on a really big scale!
