Tickets

Due to current safety and health measures no reservations are possible until further notice. (Exceptions are labeled accordingly.)

Please preferably use our Online Ticket Sale. You can additionally purchase tickets at all NWT reservation offices and Wednesdays from 5 – 8 p.m at the Schwankhalle. You can buy remaining tickets (if available) at the box office starting one hour before the event.

If you require more information and/or encounter technical problems, contact our hotline: +49 (0)421 520 80 70, Mon, Wed – Fri 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. or write an email to ticket@schwankhalle.de

Notes on ticket orders

Please place group orders in one ordering process. In the case of orders in one process, we assume it is a group that can be seated together (without minimum distance). If you would like to order individual seats (with minimum distance) for several persons, please do so in separate ordering processes.

The ticket allotments of our events are continuously updated. Reservations of group orders (see above) can result in more available seats. We therefore recommend checking events that are marked sold-out at a later point in time again to see whether new tickets are available.

Until further notice, we cannot offer free seating – the evening staff will assign you to a seat. Should you require special seats, please contact us at 0421 520 80 70 or ticket@schwankhalle.de.

Admission starts 15 minutes prior to the event. We therefore ask you to arrive at the Schwankhalle 15 before the event begins at the latest – even if you already have a ticket.

Seating

Our seats are not numbered. You will be seated by our staff.
If you have special needs that require specific seats, we will try to arrange that. Please contact us by 0049 421 520 80 70.
