ELSML is a pseudonym of the Bremen-based artist Janis E. Müller. After studying art and a phase of wandering between the exploitative art world and wage labor, he found himself in the world of music production. He worked as a sound designer, a musician in dance and theater productions and increasingly as a solo artist playing electronic music. “Monocolore Hektik Harmonie” invites the audience to immerse in soundwave carpets and open windows. Between ambient soundscapes, noize, electronica, and awkward silence, this afternoon offers moments of enjoyable disorientation. As always, coffee, cake and a big dollop of whipped cream will be served!
