Dance
Anger is a motor. Anger is uncomfortable. Anger is threatening. Anger spurs on, liberates, destroys. Anger changes things. As a fundamental human emotion, it is charged with information. As an instigator, a driving force, it provides loads of energy. In the dance piece ›Aus der Haut fahren,‹ six dancers confront the phenomenon of anger. Between theoretical examination and empirical self-experiment, they explore what it means to be angry. A sensual and uncomfortable play with a confrontational energy of life that can lead to change and destruction. In a dialog with one’s own anger and the anger of others, the stage becomes an experimental laboratory.
