We do our best to protect the health of the audience, artists and team. In the following, we inform you about the most important measures and regulations for protection against the Corona virus. If you have any questions that are not answered here, please at 0421 520 80 70 (also answering machine) or email@example.com.
Due to the high number of cases and in order to ensure that all spectators can feel equally safe and comfortable, the following applies until further notice: at seated events, there will always be one free seat between the spectators. For organizational reasons, this also applies to spectators who come as couples, families or groups. We determine the maximum number of visitors based on the guideline values of our ventilation system to ensure a low aerosol concentration at all times. In addition, FFP2 masks are mandatory in all rooms of the Schwankhalle
Due to the current pandemic development, the 2G-Plus rule ('vaccinated - recovered + tested') will apply to Schwankhalle events from 10.1.2022. This means: for your visit to the Schwankhalle or one of our external venues, you will need proof of: A complete vaccination (to be proven by a digital vaccination certificate or a vaccination passport) OR a recovery from Covid-19 (to be proven by a positive PCR test at least 28 days and maximum 6 months old or a digital certificate of recovery) AND proof of a certified negative rapid antigen test or PCR test (not older than 24 hours).
We kindly ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance starts to avoid unnecessary delays.
Individuals who have already received a booster vaccination or whose second vaccination was received no more than three months ago are exempt from the testing requirement. Please also bring an official identification document so that we can clearly assign your proof.
Children and adolescents up to 17 years of age and persons who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons (medical certificate required) are excluded from the 2G-Plus regulation. For these groups of people, the 3G rule continues to apply at 2G-Plus events.
FFP2 masks are mandatory in all public areas of the Schwankhalle.
We are required to record your contact information to provide contact tracking through personalized tickets. Your data will be kept for three weeks and then destroyed. At Schwankhalle, the Luca app, as well as the Gast Bremen app can be used to collect data. Alternatively, you can fill out a paper contact form.
Please preferably use our Online Ticket Sale. You can additionally purchase tickets at all NWT reservation offices. You can buy remaining tickets (if available) at the box office starting one hour before the event.
Until further notice, no seat reservations are possible (exceptions are indicated).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer Bremen Pass Tickets via Online Ticket Sale at the moment. Bremen Pass holders are asked to purchase their tickets upon presenting their Bremen Pass at NWT reservation offices. You can buy remaining tickets (if available) at the box office starting one hour before the event.
There is free seating. Should you require special seats, please contact us at 0421 520 80 70 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters to other persons and cover your coughs and sneezes to avoid droplet infection.
Please disinfect your hands at the provided hand disinfection dispensers at least when entering and leaving the Schwankhalle and use the hand soap in the toilet rooms.
The foyer of the Schwankhalle opens 60 minutes before the event begins and admission to the halls starts 15 minutes prior to the event. We therefore ask you to arrive at the Schwankhalle 30 before the event begins at the latest – even if you already have a ticket.
At present, there is unfortunately no cloakroom service. Please take your coats with you into the hall and place them on the free seats.
Three toilet rooms (unisex toilet room 1 + 2, barrier-free toilet room) are available that can only be used by one person at a time. Additional locking devices are installed in the entry doors to the toilet rooms.
Both halls and the foyer of the Schwankhalle are aerated and de-aerated by an
air-conditioning system. The system is adjusted exclusively to ventilation with fresh air (no circulating air), thus excluding virus transmission in this way.
