We are happy to welcome you back to the Schwankhalle starting on June 1. We are doing our best to protect the health of our audience, artists and team. In the following, we give you information on the most important measures and regulations to protect against the coronavirus. If you have any question that are not answered here, please contact us at 0421 520 80 70 (also answering machine) or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our protective and hygienic measures comply with the Infection Protection Act (altered on 06/19/2020) and the 14th Law Gazette of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen on Protection Against New Infections with the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (Free Hanseatic City of Bremen 08/25/2020).
Please preferably use our Online Ticket Sale. You can additionally purchase tickets at all NWT reservation offices. You can buy remaining tickets (if available) at the box office starting one hour before the event.
Until further notice, no seat reservations are possible (exceptions are indicated).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer Bremen Pass Tickets via Online Ticket Sale at the moment. Bremen Pass holders are asked to purchase their tickets upon presenting their Bremen Pass at NWT reservation offices. You can buy remaining tickets (if available) at the box office starting one hour before the event.
We are obliged to record contact data at ticket sales in order to enable contact tracing through personalized tickets. Your data will be destroyed after the applicable Covid19 contact tracking personal data retention period has expired.
There is free seating. Should you require special seats, please contact us at 0421 520 80 70 or email@example.com.
At the Schwankhalle, mandatory mask-wearing is in place. Please bring your own face covering and wear it throughout your entire visit, even while you are sitting in your seat.
Please maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter to other persons and cover your coughs and sneezes to avoid droplet infection.
Please disinfect your hands at the provided hand disinfection dispensers at least when entering and leaving the Schwankhalle and use the hand soap in the toilet rooms.
The foyer of the Schwankhalle opens 60 minutes before the event begins and admission to the halls starts 15 minutes prior to the event. We therefore ask you to arrive at the Schwankhalle 15 before the event begins at the latest – even if you already have a ticket.
Please avoid lingering in the foyer and use our outdoor tent with seating at Peter-Zadek-Platz instead.
At present, there is unfortunately no cloakroom service. Please take your coats with you into the hall and place them on the free seats.
Three toilet rooms (unisex toilet room 1 + 2, barrier-free toilet room) are available that can only be used by one person at a time. Additional locking devices are installed in the entry doors to the toilet rooms.
The seating in both halls is arranged at a distance of 3 meters to the stage and with a distance of 1 meter between the seats.
NEW: For persons from a household or a fixed reference group: all seats have a distance of 1m to each other also several persons from a household/reference group sit with distance to each other.
As usual, room for wheelchair users (with one accompanying person each) is provided in the first seating rows.
We continue to offer audience discussions after certain events. They take place in the hall after sufficient ventilation and a break of at least 15 minutes. Please take your original seats again during the audience discussion.
Both halls and the foyer of the Schwankhalle are aerated and de-aerated by an
air-conditioning system. The system is adjusted exclusively to ventilation with fresh air (no circulating air), thus excluding virus transmission in this way.
