The project starts with a story. And then the story leads to pictures in the mind, on paper, in a comic, and finally in a film. The young filmmakers learn how a film is made with the simplest means. They acquire their own approaches to filmmaking, with everyday objects playing the lead role and the daily surroundings becoming a film set. Children’s stories meet avant-garde film, cardboard meets smartphone. Much room is provided for all thoughts and questions arising along the way – because making films means making plans, and when you make plans, you start thinking about the world.
